Why this page exists
Anyone can publish a verdict. Almost nobody publishes how often their verdicts were wrong. This page does, automatically.
Every item SecPulse publishes is re-checked every day against CISA KEV and EPSS:
- Act now counts as correct if exploitation is confirmed or the exploit probability is high.
- Watch counts as a miss if the vulnerability later entered CISA KEV — it should have said Act now.
- Noise counts as a miss if it later entered KEV, or its EPSS score climbed past 50%.
- Items younger than a week, or with no CVE to track, are left ungraded.
Nothing here is decided by hand. Official data grades us.

How to read this
